With DuoFAX you can send and receive faxes without a fax machine and a phone line. Fax numbers are available in almost 60 countries. You just prepay for the service and you can use the service as long as you have enough credit.

European customers without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT 21%. Non-European customers are not charged VAT.
Fax prices
The service is not for fax broadcast (sending more than 10 faxes at the same time) and this feature is disabled. The user trying to send the fax broadcast will be blocked. For fax broadcast you should contact us for special offer.
The cost per page is %price-prepaymentPerPage3% per page if sent via email to number@duofax.eu or %price-prepaymentPerPage1% if sent otherwise.
Countries and price zones:
The cost to send a fax is calculated based on the recipient's location (price zone) and the number of pages you want to send. In case it takes longer than 60 seconds to deliver 1 page you will be charged an additional page. If you are sending to countries outside zone 1, you will be charged as many pages as corresponds to the zone where the country belongs. Example: Sending 1 page to Andorra (zone 2) will be charged as 2 pages.

Account Activation, Payments / Recharging
Account activation: We will activate the service according to your order after receiving your prepayment. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer or PayPal upon request.
Trial period: Regardless of the level of prepaid credit you always have a 30-day trial period during which you can try & test the service. All money will be refunded in full if you discover that something does not work like described.
Invoicing / recharging: We automatically charge your credit card if needed (low credit or end of prepaid period) unless we hear from you otherwise. Such request should be sent from a registered email to info@duofax.com with the p=password in the subject line.
VAT: Prices are Value Added Tax (VAT) exclusive. NonEuropean customers are not charged VAT. European customers without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT.
