Using DuoFAX.com service is very easy. Here you find instructions how to send snail mail with DuoFAX.com. You can always choose if you prefer sending it from your email or from web portal.
Sending from the web portal:
Visit http://www.duofax.com/portal and follow the instructions there.
Sending from your e-mail:
- Compose an e-mail message addressed to post@duofax.com.
- In the subject type p=password
So if your password is 1020, your subject will look like p=1020. The password has been sent to you in the Welcome email after your service activation.
- In the subject you must also place the following commands (separated by space):
Print color: use command b=

- Attach the document that should be sent as letter
Body of the email should be empty. All text will be ignored. Supported attachment types are: Office documents (odt, doc, docx) or PDF (pdf).
Make sure the address is placed in the right place or the letter cannot be delivered. We suggest you use our templates for letters.
- Send the E-mail
E-mails are beeing processed in regular time intervals. As soon as your email is prosessed you will receive an email notification about the result.
