Your DuoFAX account will be activated as soon as we receive your prepayment. You'll be informed about the service activation by email and you can start using DuoFAX immediately.
DuoFAX.com receives payments made by credit cards (VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Diners Club). Upon request we also accept wire transfers (EUR account) and Paypal payments.
Yes, you will receive invoices for all payments you make. The invoice will contain the billing information you have provided in the ordering form. European customers without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT. Non-European customers are not charged VAT.
You can order an itemized bill via the DuoFAX ordering form or simply by emailing us.
No, DuoFAX won't charge you any activation fee.
Send us an email from a registered email and your password in the subject line and we will make sure your credit card will not be charged anymore for additional prepayment. The cancellation must be sent a minimum of 10 days before the next renewal date. We cannot offer any refunds for recharges already made.
